  • Record an unedited video of opening the parcel from start to finish.

  • Ensure the Penta seal breaking is clearly visible

  • Share the video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Minor defects such as small bends, slight scratches, or loose fittings (which are fixable) will not be considered as damage.

  • Once return is accepted, pick-up will be arranged in 2 to 3 business working days, and replacement shipped.

  • If out of stock, refund will be issued in 3 to 7 working days
